Keeping abreast of developments to formulate a future with more excellence

Dr. Anwar Ali Al-Mudhaf, Chairman of Ahli United Bank, stressed his pride in the bank’s support for the program (Kafa’a). Over recent years, Ahli United Bank has joined and contributed to the efforts to build and develop national cadres capable of advancing the banking sector, especially with the challenges facing the whole world and the special circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic.
The bank was and still is keen on supporting Kuwaiti cadres and qualifying them to work in various fields, and has recruited 29 young Kuwaitis to work in all departments of the bank. The bank also provided a number of integrated and specialized programs for a group of creative and distinguished young people, notably the specialized program in the field of transformation and digital creativity, by using online learning.
The bank also provided programs in Management & Leadership. This was not limited to the youth category only as the bank has organized several courses for young leaders in several fields to qualify them for the next stage, one that requires rapid adaptation to change, in order to develop new strategies for shaping the future.
Moreover, the bank contributed towards sponsoring young Kuwaitis affiliated with public benefit societies and nonprofit bodies that support them to graduate and prepare them for the labor market, by training them virtually on how to be engaged in work in the private sector in general, and in the banking sector in particular. Without question, Kuwaiti leaders from ambitious young people, who currently hold leadership positions in Ahli United Bank, are the best example of our confidence in the capabilities and competencies of our young Kuwaiti generations.
