Providing the national banking sector with qualified cadres
It is an honor for us in Warba Bank to participate in the vision of the Central Bank of Kuwait and Kuwaiti banks for the development of young Kuwaitis within the Kafa’a initiative, as an essential part of our social responsibility strategy is based on supporting young Kuwaitis and developing their professional competencies because we believe that they are the pillars of the future of Kuwait, which multiplies our responsibility in the actual contribution towards building national cadres and equipping them with the necessary skills to develop the banking sector.
We have provided a practical environment for young Kuwaitis by organizing training programs for graduates that provide them with the opportunity to discover the banking sector and hone their skills. We have also worked on developing the efficiency of our employees by enrolling them in a number of training programs that include the latest developments in banking systems, especially the digital developments.
We also launched a program called (Pioneers) that strengthened their creative abilities in developing value-added banking products and solutions. As the Central Bank of Kuwait and Kuwaiti banks collaborate and join efforts to make the Kafa’a initiative a reality, we are all confident that it will be a reliable platform to provide national cadres with high-standard professional capabilities in line with the international standards to become a major resource for the growth of the banking sector.
