Stemming from our role in developing national cadres and competencies in the banking and financial sector, the institute offers its long experience, extending to five decades, in the field of high-level vocational training for the sake of achieving a strategic vision for the development of national cadres.
This vision that has been adopted and launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait in cooperation with the Institute of Banking Studies and the Kuwaiti banks under the title of (Kafa’a “Competence”).
