Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) is proud to be participating with other local banks in support of the Central Bank of Kuwait’s initiative, aimed at developing a comprehensive set of programs provided by the Central Bank and local banks.
There is no doubt that the development of Kuwaiti nationals, and the raising of their skill sets, efficiency, and qualifications, both professionally and practically, to work for the financial and banking sector, and occupy important leadership positions, is at the top of the priorities of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
This initiative encourages national cadres to conduct scientific research, achieve their ambitions, and motivates them to contribute towards the development of the Kuwaiti banking and financial sector, in addition to activating research in the scientific, financial and banking fields, which will ultimately boost the national economy by virtue of highly qualified, experienced and skilled nationals.
Kuwaiti banks are committed to consolidating this approach in the banking and financial fields and overcoming financial obstacles and crisis through proper strategic planning.
