The program extends over approximately five months, during which participants receive essential knowledge, skills, and guidance necessary for working in the banking sector through the following components:

• In-Class Training: A comprehensive curriculum covering fundamental and specialized skills required forbanking work.

• Local Field Training: In partnership with local and Kuwaiti banks, participants apply the skills learned in the classroom in real workplace settings.

• Individual Career Coaching: Provides personal support to each participant to help develop professional goals and enhance readiness for the job market.

• Career Mentoring: Offers participants the opportunity to learn from experienced banking professionals,contributing to their professional development and expanding their networks within the sector.

• Graduation Project: Participants complete a practical applied project at the end of the program that demonstrates their deep understanding of banking challenges and their ability to think analytically and propose solutions.

Lectures are delivered in English, with some required content provided in Arabic.

• Copy of civil ID
• Recent personal photo
• Copy of Kuwaiti citizenship
• Certificate of Employment Registration – the public institution for social security
• Disability Certificate -issued by the Public Authority for Disabled Affairs ( if available)
• Criminal record – Ministry of Interior
• Certificate of completion of national military service, or deferment, exemption, or exclusion from it in Passport Copy, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (20/2015), for males born on or after 10/5/1999

• Must be a Kuwaiti national
• Hold a recognized university degree in one of the following specializations: Management and Banking Sciences, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or their equivalents, with a minimum graduation GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Graduated no more than two years prior to the application date
• Not currently employed by any other entity at the time of applying for the program
• Demonstrate a serious desire to join the program and commit to attending and participating fully for the full five months

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, as candidates must pass a series of evaluations, criteria, and personal interviews related to the training and employment processes.
